Following a successful application to Clare Sports Partnership for a community physical activity fund, we are delighted to have a range of fitness/activities available in Mullagh over the winter months to get the parishioners of Kilmurry Ibrickane and its surroundings physically active. Starting this Wednesday, 10th @10am in the Mullagh community hall, we have a mixture of Zumba, boxercise and circuits. These classes are FREE and just turn up on the morning. They are running for six weeks, every Wednesday morning. Have fun while improving your fitness. On Thursday 11th @11am in Mullagh community hall, an active adults/older adults exercise class. These classes will focus on age-appropriate exercises, balance & flexibility. These classes will run for six weeks and are FREE to attend, turn up in the morning and bring a friend.
