The death has occurred of

James McMahon

Toureen, Fountain, Ennis, Clare / Mullagh, Clare

The death has occurred, peacefully on 9th February at Cahercalla Hospital in Ennis, of

James McMahon, Toureen, Fountain, Ennis and formerly of Coore West, Doonogan, Mullagh, Co. Clare.

James is deeply regretted by his loving wife Christine, son Declan, daughter Evelyn, his adored grandchildren Aoife, James, James, Ardán and Tiernan, daughter-in-law Susan, son-in-law Pat, his extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Reposing on this Sunday evening 11th February in The Church of The Most Holy Redeemer Coore (Eircode V95 RW84) from

4.30 p.m. until 6.30 p.m.

Requiem Mass on Monday 12th in Coore Church at 12.00 noon followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery

Michael (Mickey) Talty

January 18th, 2024

Michael (Mickey) Talty, of Caherush, Quilty, Co. Clare, died peacefully on January 18th, 2024, in his 87th year at Milford Care Centre, following a short illness. bravery borne surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved and adoring husband of Mary, devoted father to Michael, Gerard and Eileen (RIP), also predeceased by his loving father Michael Joe,mother Cissie, brother JC, and sister Evie.

Sadly missed by his daughter-in laws Helen and Eileen , his son-in law Benny, his grandchildren Evan, Michéal, Allisha, David, Emma, Orla, Niamh, and Nicola, his eight great-grandchildren, his sister Cissie Griffin, nieces, nephews, brothers in laws PJ & Seano McInerney, his extended family, friends and neighbours.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing this Sunday evening, January 21st, at Star of the Sea Church,Quilty, V95 NY74, at 6pm with funeral prayers at 8pm.

Funeral mass on Monday, 21st, at 1pm,followed by internment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

John Joe Murrihy

John Joe Murrihy (Jnr) Quilty village, Co. Clare 15th January 2024.

Predeceased by his mother Nora, sister Kathleen, brothers Eric and Martin.

Deeply regretted by his loving father John Joe, brother Patrick, sisters Celia and Anna Marie, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Reposing at his sisters residence, Anna Marie Burke, Quilty V95 F6P3 on Wednesday 17th January from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Funeral mass on Thursday 18th January at 12 noon in Star Of The Sea Church Quilty. Burial afterwards in Quilty Cemetery.

Michael Morrissey, Ballymakea, Quilty, Clare

Peacefully, on 28th December 2023, surrounded by his family

at University Hospital, Limerick.

Pre-deceased by his wife Margaret, father Francis, mother Ellen,

brother George and sister Ita.

Sadly missed by his son Francis, daughter Helen (McMahon), daughter-in-law Louise, son-in-law Michael G, his grandchildren Cian, Laoise, Amy and Matthew, sister Mary Flanagan (Toronto), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and wide circle of friends.

MAY HIS GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE

Michael will be reposing in St, Mary’s Church, Mullagh, (Eircode V95 D429) on Saturday, 30th December, from 6.00pm until 8.00pm.

Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday, 31st December at 10.45am followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
