Clare Sports Partnership

BUGGY BUDDIES is a physical activity programme for parents, childminders, grandparents and their little ones. It will start at 11am on Tuesday 12th October in Vandeleur Gardens, Kilrush and it will run for 6 weeks. The cost for the 6 sessions is €15. Each session consists of 40 minutes cardio exercises and 20 minutes bodyweight exercises. This social programme includes a range of activities and it caters for all fitness levels. It is a great way to meet others and there is an opportunity for tea/coffee after the sessions.

MEN ON THE MOVE is a free programme funded by HSE, targeting men over 35. It includes walking, a personal trainer, speakers and healthcare professionals. It will start on Tuesday 12th October and it will run for 10 weeks every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7.45pm for 1 hour.

Gerard Reidy

Gerard Reidy, The Hand, Miltown Malbay, Co Clare. Gerard passed away suddenly at University Hospital Limerick. Beloved husband of Anna-Marie and loving father of Laura and Sarah. Deeply regretted by his loving family, his sisters Mary and Theresa, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, niece Michelle, grandniece Ella and grandnephew Aaron. Gerard will be fondly remembered by all his relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at his residence on Wednesday from 2pm to 6pm for family and close friends only. House private at all other times please. Funeral Mass on Thursday (7th Oct) at 12pm in Coore Church with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Clounlaheen, Mullagh, Ennis, Co. Clare.

Peacefully surrounded by his Loving family at Home in his 76th year. Husband of the late Mary nee Keating. Deeply regretted by his loving family, sons, Patrick, Thomas, David, Michael, and John, daughter, Christina, daughters-in-law, Laura, Colette, Siobhain and Breda, son-in-law, Brendan, brother, Michael Cleary, sisters, Bridget Tierney, Mary Porter and Kitty Quigley, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, adored grandchildren, Aidan, Caoimhe, Matthew, Saoirse, Emma, Gavin, Ciara, Conor, Kieran, Clodagh, Jack & Sarah-Kate xxxxxx.

May Thomas rest in eternal peace in heaven.

Reunited with his beloved wife Mary.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Thomas this Monday the 6th of September in The Most Holy Redeemer Church, Coore, at 11am followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

House private by request please, family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Palliative Home Care Team Milford, donation box will be in place at the church.
