April 12th, 2022On this Wednesday night Bishop Fintan will commission a group of Cathecists and pastoral workers who will work in passing on the faith to the next generation and who will work in reaching out to the sick and vulnerable. We warmly congratulate our own Rita O’Dwyer who will be commissioned from our area and we wish her all the best and God’s blessing in her ministry.

April 11th, 2022PJ McCarthy, Killernan, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare. 11th April 2022. Peacefully, surrounded by his family in Mowlam Nursing Home Kilrush. Predeceased by his wife Teresa. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons Patrick and Paul and daughter Mary (McMahon, Lissycasey) daughters in law Tara and Patsy, son in law Robert, grandchildren David, Jason, Aidan, Evan, Shane, Cillian and Ava. His sister Josephine Healy, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Coore Church this Tuesday evening 12th April from 5pm with funeral prayers at 7pm. Funeral mass on Wednesday at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
